Project Support

We do more than just supply product. Equipment selection depends on various factors including the specific application, operating conditions, quality of fuel and lubricants and more importantly the quality and the capability of support available in the Saudi Arabia.  Even the most experienced clients may require assistance with reference to local conditions and specifications.

Recognizing these issues, we provide a variety of services aimed at realizing the best up-time for equipment there-by eliminating any equipment related uncertainties. Depending on the quantity of equipment purchased through us and deployed at a project site, Guests can select one or all of the following value-added services.

To ensure the best solution for your business, we are pleased to conduct non-obligation site and fleet simulation studies.  Our study will provide application based recommendations on optimum fleet that may be selected for your project (note; this require site data from your engineers).

Our scope includes initial consulting on the type of product clients should use – financing solutions, equipment sales or rental, operator training, data tracking, parts, servicing and on-site repairs, and much more.  As part this support, our operator training center enables safe and effective use of machines, longer machine life, and lower costs – all designed to optimize asset operating times.

Competence Development

At your request, technical training tailored specifically to a product type can be organized for your team.  Conducted by specialists from our manufacturer partner, your plant managers and senior technicians will benefit from this training.

Basic Training will be provided free of charge.  More in-depth training options can be quoted upon request.

High quality operator training is essential for your team and the optimum productivity of your fleet.  Our comprehensive operator training includes safe operation practice and daily maintenance procedures.  A refresher training will be provided each time there is change in your operator.
